The need to move is urgent. Do we build or buy? The difference is like making a cake from scratch and not knowing what ingredients to add or to buy a cake from the store already made. So much goes into building a house and much time and patience will definitely be needed. It all starts with finding a great location. Will your perfect spot be close to the ocean or perhaps near a lake? How about mountain property? A log home that you've dreamed of to go skiing in the winter? How about a desert property with your very own oasis? Now on to find the perfect spot with the perfect view.......After a while, if you've seen one cactus you've seen them all. The desert is an endless sea of sand. Will your final spot be located in the city or the country?
How about living in a luxury loft in the city?
How about waking up to the sound of the waves every morning?
What about staying close to family and friends in suburbia?
Living with some fresh air and sun from the desert would be nice...
or a home in the country with a garden to grow fresh fruit?
How about fresh pine mountain air and views of the lake?
